Yikes! That’s a tough one. 2008 was such a year of learning for me. Here is the first thing that comes to mind…systems can be environments.

I had a run-in with an antibiotic resistant infection in 2008 that we feared was MRSA. That made me learn really quickly about how much we take our good health for granted… and how you’re never guaranteed a tomorrow.
