<p>Our leadership team just read the short little book called <em>The Dip </em>by Seth Godin.</p>
<p>It was a really good little book with some great insights on when to quit things and when to push through the Dip.</p>
<p>I recommend it for sure to run all of you ministries and businesses through.</p>
<p>Here are the Main Takeaways I am thinking about.<br />
1.  Where do we settle for less than the best?<br />
2.  The dip is why I am okay at many things, but not a superstar.<br />
3.  Are we willing to wait through the dip and keep pushing?<br />
4.  What areas are we moving forward, staying still or going backward?</p>
